The Overall Process

01 - Before Mavidy Studios Wedding Photographers can serve you at Your Wedding, we would ask that you download our Wedding Photography Booking Form. This is a form designed both to elicit the details necessary for our Photographers to gain a good understanding of what you desire for your wedding and also to make you aware of our Terms Of Service. It is recommended that all interested Clients read this form which once completed begins the beginning of the Booking Process.

02 - A non-refundable deposit is payable by the Client to secure a booking date once both parties are satisfied with the completion of our Wedding Photography Booking Form.

03 - Mavidy Studios Wedding Photographers will call for a meeting (lasting typically between 60 to 90 minutes) with the Clients approximately 4 weeks before the scheduled Wedding Day to talk about all the fine details and finalize the overall cost.

04 - At least 2 weeks prior to your Wedding Day, Mavidy Studios will need to receive the full payment of the discussed Photography Cover. This can be paid via Electronic Funds Transfer or via Cash or EFTPOS within our Bridal Store.

05 - YOUR WEDDING DAY! Our Wedding Photography Coverage can include some or all of the following upon request: Bride Pre-Wedding, Groom in Waiting, Bridal Arrival, Wedding Ceremony, Family and Friends Portraits, Bridal Party with Locations depending on time and weather, Reception Details Mock Bridal Waltz and Cake Cutting.

06 - After your Wedding Day, Mavidy Studios Editing Staff will begin to process your photos. Please allow up to 4 weeks after the date of the Wedding for the Photos to be ready.
